Description
Model PDSD8000 separator is mainly used to remove water and
mechanical impurities from diesel oil, lubricating oil, and other
mineral oil in marine diesel engine units and land-used diesel
generator units of power stations so as to reduce wear of the
diesel engine and other machines, and prolong engine life. The
model is also used to separate two unsolvable liquids with
different specific gravity or remove a small number of solid
particles from a liquid.
The machine adopts automatic control and has the advantages of high
efficiency, low oil consumption, convenient operation, and economic
maintenance cost.
The clear oil and dirty water are pumped out by a centripetal pump,
the sludge is discharged automatically and fully.
The machine is one kind of rotary machine with high speed. After
accurate dynamic balancing, it can run for a long time with low
vibration, safety, and security.
The design, product, and acceptance are conformed to the standard
of GB/T5745 “Marine Disc Separator”.

Automatic control system
Water Control: Automatic control unlocking water, sealing water,
and water-seal/water switching.
Pneumatic Control: Filter and adjust compressed air, control
three-way changeover pneumatic valve.
Temperature Control: Automatic control of the temperature of the
oil line, also control separately or with
electric control cabinet at the same time.
Buzzer Control: Monitor oil temperature, pressure, overloading,
non-discharging, and leaking, and Offer a group of passive contractors stretching out to the control panel.

1. According to the requirements of each classification society,
all modules are equipped with oil leak alarms and high-temperature
alarms.
2. Oil. hydraulic, pneumatic control part adopts the Brand Baode
(Germany).
3. Heater adopts the brand SWEP (Germany).
4. Pressure control adopts Korean products or products
5. Screw pump is used instead of the gear pump.
6. All are equipped with automatic temperature control devices
(Made by RTK production in Germany or made in China)
7. The main electrical components of the standard electrical
control boxes are produced by Schneider company while PLC is
produced by Siemens or Mitsubishi.

1)How many kinds of oil can you separate?
This series separator is widely used for kinds of oils, especially
for Marine diesel oil and similar oil, such as light fuel oil,
heavy fuel oil, lubrication oil, steam turbine oil, detergence oil,
engine oil, etc.
2)How can you select a suitable capacity?
Different oil has different capacity, our 1500L, 2000L, 3000L,
4000L, 5000L, 6000L, 8000L ,10000L capacity is for the Marine
diesel oil 0# as sample. It also depends on the viscidity and
temperature, and for all the capacity models, we have an oil
characteristic sheet to help our customer to find out what their
oil is, and what capacity their oil belongs to.
3) Is your separator self-cleaning?
We have 3 types of discharge means according to different materials
and customer's requirements, we have the self-cleaning model and
manual cleaning model.
1. Manual discharge model for the oil with very less solid
component
2. Full discharge model for the big capacity treatment and a little
solid component
3. Partly discharge model for the bigger capacity treatment and
more solid component
4). Variable discharge model
No.full discharge type and partial discharge type are both
self-cleaning models.
